Greetings, and welcome to the 200^th post!

Its been a while since I actually wrote a post with some text in it, so here goes. I've changed an extremely large amount of the backend of the site to work better with the new features. Commenting is complete and now works for photos and also journal posts. I'll also be adding it to other parts of the site today as well which will include movies and maps. You should now find the commenting process faster, more reliable and error-free. In fact there is no way it can error now.

I've removed a lot of old content from the site, and placed the good parts in the cellar. I don't plan on giving old content its own page anymore unless it seriously warrants it (perhaps like the Leinster Garden vents). I've also removed two thirds of hosted sites on the iaso, emily and bravada servers and more will follow. If you've got content on any of those three servers hosted by me then you'll need to sort out taking your content to another provider, site or service.

The reason for the changes are that I've moved everything permanent website wise over to synfinaty.com and it'll be hosted there from now on. The reasons for the move were plenty more concurrent bandwidth and general accessibility too. Ping times are similar to iaso and emily but the concurrent bandwidth is a lot, lot better.

You'll also notice changes around the site too, including the new sections at the bottom showing Recently Taken Photos and Recent Comments. Both are live in updating and I'll be placing a statistics page up too (after all, I'm a sucker for data!).
