Codeulate recommends that reddit starts using a bayesian filtering for making reddit more user orientated instead of a wider social recommendation which is used at present. Pretty good read and interesting concept if you're a regular reddit user.

I found the program jpegextractor when trying to work out a way to extract jpeg album art from iTunes .itc format. It works well and is pretty nifty too. rEFIt is an EFI boot manager, that looks and runs extremely well for EFI compatible machines (Intel macs are!).
