About Scott

If you've arrived here, you probably know me as this isn't too published a site. My name is Scott, I'm 25 and I live in Staffordshire, England. I'm a typical person in the sense that I do the usual things for hobbies such as going to the movies, out for supper etc. As you can see from the DVD collection I'm a avid movie fan. I'll watch almost any movie providing its got a decent plot.

As a person, I'm a sufferer of complications of perthes disease and will encounter many more problems due to this in the future. I'm lucky enough to have excellent parents, friends and people around me who help me deal with this.

By trade, I'm a freelance web developer working with various clients around the world over the past seven years. At the moment, I work for a friends IT company doing various jobs (this months job title is Technical Supervisor). I also maintain the companies web sites and online ventures. I own many sites, probably too many to list here and that wouldn't be too productive to do so. I also assist others in their own sites and provide free design/code services for people who need them (providing its reasonable).

I like most music, except opera which doesn't quite cut it for me. Favourite bands would include Alkaline Trio, Green Day, Offspring, Bowling for Soup, Sum41, Jose Gonzalez, Jack Johnson, Johnny Cash and many more. Movies are a similar story too, favourites include anything Tarentino (Four Rooms, Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, Kill Bill). Clerks and Clerks II are both awesome films. Pirates of the Caribbean are great to watch too. I also think Adam Sandler is a wonderful actor and comedian. I admire Richard Pryor greatly, Eddie Murphy and Chris Rock. I'm a fan of black comedy and that greatly influences my comedic likes.

I think Pryor especially was a genius for turning his pain and issues in life and relate them to people via comedy.
